REFUND POLICY

At Everwell, we want you to love what you buy. If you don't, we'll make it right.

30 DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE
All digital products come with a 30 day money back guarantee. If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, email us at support@mnproductllc.com within 30 days of your purchase date. Include your order number, and we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

HOW LONG REFUNDS TAKE
Once approved, refunds are processed within 2 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

DELIVERY PROBLEMS
If your download did not arrive within 24 hours or the file does not work, contact us first. We will send a working copy right away, or refund you if we can't fix the problem.

VIP MEMBERSHIP
VIP Membership charges are not refundable once a billing period has started. You can cancel at any time to stop future charges, and you will keep access until the end of your current billing period. See our Membership Cancellation page for details.

PLEASE CONTACT US BEFORE DISPUTING A CHARGE
Most issues can be solved in one email. If something is wrong, please contact us at support@mnproductllc.com before contacting your bank. We reply within 24 hours. If a chargeback is filed without contacting us first, we may provide our transaction and delivery records to your bank.
